Getting Into the Lessons
Ok, so I'm almost finished with the initial course lessons, and have learned quite a bit. One of the main things I've learned is I might need to narrow my niche even more than I have. But.... mistakes are to be expected in the beginning, so I'm not going to get too upset about that.
I had already made several pages on my new site before even getting to those lessons though. I'm a quick study and was able to figure a lot of things out just by playing with it, plus I was getting a lot of ideas in my head at the time and wanted to get them on paper, so to speak, while I was thinking about it. Assuming I will need to narrow my niche, I might lose some content, but hopefully not need to redo a lot of it. Only a couple pages did I get so specific that they might need to be discarded, the rest I believe are general enough that they can be kept no matter which way I end up going.
I almost feel like I'm writing a book, and what I mean by that is that I've heard authors state that sometimes their stories start to write themselves. Well, that's how I felt too when I was creating the pages on my site. The more I created the more ideas I got, and well it just went from there. <<laughs>>
One thing is for sure, it will be an interesting adventure to see where this will progress.... can't wait to see the ending.
