Suicide Prevention International Hotline Numbers
Suicide An International Crisis
Around the world, people of all ages experience extreme traumatic events, or lifestyle events that can be hard to deal with, thus leading many to thoughts of attempted suicide or death.
We need to reach out to people across the world to help aid in stopping suicide and finding ways for people to get the help they need to deal with the emotions, feelings and possible PTSD issues that will encourage people to live.
Suicide is a severe subject that many do not want to talk about, but the reality is that the idea of suicide within our youth and adults that are struggling with lifestyles, jobs, family disputes, natural disasters, the death of family members, military-related PTSD, rape, plus many more issues need our help.
Thoughts of suicide can be noticed with the subtle or extreme changes in behaviors, change in sleep patterns, restless, anxious and anxiety, outburst of anger, abuse of drugs or alcohol, change of friends, or becoming isolated, attitude changes about family and friends, and other signs that can be noticed that are out of normal behaviors or personality.
To help someone who may be experiencing these thoughts is to listen with empathy, sympathy and to treat them as an average person or as an adult if talking with youth or young adult. But, if you are not the answer to help, then another avenue is through hotlines. They are available across the world and can help with a just one call to a counselor that can be trusted and provide confidentiality to the caller.
Below is a list that I have compiled of the hotline numbers across the world. Not every country or region is available as there are some that do not have hotlines for the specific area. The best thing to do if you need help is to talk to a doctor, teacher, trusted family member or friend who can help find local help for your issues.

Thank you. I just want to help people who may need a kind word or thought. Life can get frustrating and hard sometimes and all we might need is a listening ear and a helping hand.
That's true.
The brokenness of life is so serious that must be addressed holistically: Politically, Economically, Socially and Spiritually/psychologically.

In my country all major institution such as police stations, post offices, banks, railway stations, etc. provide all important numbers on a card the size of a credit card. One of the numbers marked on that card is the suicide hotline. In 2016 The hotline has been contacted over 155,000 times!
Thanks for sharing this with us Kelly!
