Ok so I have been looking at the banners and I want to post one on Facebook to see if people will sign up. How do I get the banner to bring them to the WA website and make sure
It may be a little premature for you to do that. Given the questions you are asking above, you could spend a lot of money to get absolutely no sign-ups. Perhaps consider waiting a while before you start doing paid placements.
Actually the way FB advertising works, you'd post a picture (which could be an appropriately sized banner), then add copy beneath it.
You can put the banner in your browser on a new page and that should pull up your banner or it will pop up

If you want to post on Facebook you'll want to post a picture and then put your affiliate link in the post.
If you just put in your affiliate link it will most likely populate an image but it won't be optimized for Facebook.
You'll want to make your image 1200x627 and add it to the post so it's optimized.
