Can someone help me understand Google Search Console?

I've been using GSC for a couple of years now and to be honest, I don't know what I'm doing and I don't understand it at all.
I get a variety of notices from them that I try to investigate and take care of whatever it is they are notifying me about. Rarely do I have a clue as to what the notifications mean and I almost always come away not knowing if I even actually addressed the issue, let alone take care of/fix it.
In light of the current bootcamp, I've created a new website. I first informed GSC about it a week or so ago and have gotten a few notifications already. As I just explained, I have no idea.
This morning, I woke up to two more. I'm attaching them for all to see. If someone can explain in simple English what they mean and what/how I am supposed to fix what they're talking about, I would appreciate it very much.
