Use Rank as Your Motivation
I've been doing WA for just a short few months, and of course have a ton to learn, but one thing I've learned quite quickly is rank. The idea of Rank is fantastic! I love watching it go down every time I open my WA page (well, I have to be honest - sometimes it goes up). This is a clear indicator of my activities. One of the goals for 2017 for me is to be in the top 200 as a minimum, and as a maximum - become an Ambassador. If your rank is going down, it simply means you're doing the do, if not - pick the pace! This is my criteria, and I think this is a great tool to keep me focused. We all need and use different motivation. One of mine is WA Rank. What's yours? Please share!

Go for it, and enjoy, I am backing off from Ambassador shortly, this way I can help more people and not worry about my time.
My rank is my motivation. I know higher rank does not mean earning more money, but it keeps me focused and active in the community. I like to participate rather than just be a "spectator".
Hi Katya, Everyday I just want to improve at what I am doing and eventually become a master at it. I have done alot of things and never really mastered anything so I want to get really good at something and share it with other people so that I can help them. I am in service to giving others, and like helping but I can't pour from an empty jug. I have to help myself first, and begin to fill up slowly. Hopefully with a jug that is not half full, nor half empty. Tracey
I love seeing my rank going down each day. like you said it is one of my motivator to keep working and interacting with everyone

My motivation is traffic to my sites and conversions. I appreciate the community and try to help answer questions when possible.
Those are awesome motivations! Traffic (or $) rules.
