New Year (Almost), New Website!

Well, I finally did it. After months of planning out and rumminating over a natural health website (at the point I have about 50 ideas for blog post topics), I finally created it!

This is not my first rodeo

I've been casually blogging for a couple of years and have two websites under my belt. I've been consistently writing weekly posts for my personal development blog since last March.

But the idea of the natural health blog is something I've been spinning in my head for quite some time. I thought about combing the two topics into one website, but I realized that I am aiming for two different missions and user experiences.

Why another blog?

Of course, all sorts of doubts have kept me from moving forward. Like, why start a new website when it's hard enough to make time for the first one? Am I out of my mind?

But you make time for the things that are important.

Thankfully, the WA platform is WAY easier to work with than Bluehost. Honestly, if Bluehost is was my only option, I probably wouldn't move forward with the second website.

I've already chosen a theme, written my About Page, and written (well, mostly copied/pasted) my Privacy Policy page in just a few hours.

Here's why I feel the need to pursue this second website:

• from my years experiencing seizures with no answers from doctors, I've learned a lot about natural health that I want to share with others
• let's face it, blogging is my passion but I also want to make money and I'm finding it's very tough to do with self-help. With health, on the other hand, I can target keywords with the buyer in mind like "best natural deodorant" and "best probiotic"
