Pivot & Complete Turn
I was doing 2 roles at a time in my life since I join WA in April and still was doing personal training. I thought I can pivot slowly then I made a decision to fully focus in WA. I decided to go premium on my birthday month last month (birthday gift to myself, LOL!). The major shift that caused this was dealing with a chronic pain on my right upper back, my spine would be clicking and popping every time I move my limb. I let it slide and tried treating it myself till end of September when a physiotherapy who treat me 2 years ago came by to me while I was in between my own workout and say
" Your neck C3,4,5 needs to be looked and treated soon otherwise your career and health is done "
There are times I can't sleep through the night, visits to physiotherapist where they had to dig into scar tissues and mobilize everything again, chiropractor visits, rays, hours of retraining my body again so I would never had to be in discomfort again. There are days I would just want to give up because I can't barely sit upright. 3 months in, I am way better now, I can sit on my couch with laptop without hearing much clicking and popping of my spine. I was diagnosed with scoliosis in 2018 but it has got better in 2019. That being said, I am not out of shape or "just a health coach" who counts repetition for you and skip my own workout. I practice what I preach. LOL!
Life is so much more than my chronic pain and clicking so even when I couldn't type for too long, I would look for articles, other blogs post in my niches so I can figure out what problems I can help with. Since I was a personal trainer, I can still help in the health & fitness industry. It is evergreen industry especially with chronic diseases is on the rise with additional covid19 virus. I mean getting in shape will never be outdated ! LOL!
I am excited to be here full time and connect with WA community more.

You have a great spirit. It's tough to work with pain so I give you credit. I was diagnosed with scoliosis when I was a kid too and still live with that. Yoga helps me a LOT.
