I’ve problems to insert a landning page template from Elementor’s library. I got a message that network is unreachable and I have to increase the memory allocated to PHP at least to 64MB. The code in the beginning of /wp-includes/default-constants.php shows 40 MB for a single site and 64MB for multisite. There’s a code :define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M' ); which has to be added to WP file directory for increasing the PHP memory limit. How can I do that? Where can I find the WP file directory and exactly where the code of increasing the memory limit should be added.
Is it possible that upgrading Elementor program should solve this problem?

contact site support - they have had issues since the latest upgrade for plugins - tell them you are having issues with elementor.
I had it trying to add the license.
you shouldn't need to upgrade if it is a free template.
