SAVERS -A wake up call
My entire life I have been stuck to the mentality of being a mediocre or average which is the same. When I look back every morning I would wake up at 8 am and on weekend as late as 11 am.
Sleeping was so much better than waking up to a boring life I felt, what should a solo mother like me to do when the kids are away at school and no one around while working from home.
Slowly a year back, a shift came to me after having met my Personal Development Coach who coached us on the You Tube or every week, she asked us to complete the SAVERS every day. Since then I was doing the S.A.V.E.R.S acronym for Silence, Affirmation, Visualization, Exercise, Reading and Scribing for almost a year and recently I joined the 5 am club with the same coach to do it together in a group where you need to be accountable to each other. It is ultimate morning six habit rituals and since then I have been manifesting miracles.
Then I realized that the SAVERS I was following is developed by Hal Elrod’s from "The Miracle Morning" which I had tumbled upon in a flea market across the border of Bhutan but never found time to read even though it was the book which had sold 500 million copies around the world.
Most people have difficulty in beating the morning snooze which is outside our comfort zone since we lived in that self-imposed belief that we are not a morning person. SAVERS takes approximately only 60 minutes and must be completed before 8 am. There is a saying how you start the day determines your rest of your day. Start the day with more positivity, energy, focus, productivity and creativity. What do you need from your part to be result oriented? It takes commitment and consistency on your part to be successful in this challenge. Oprah once said “the biggest adventure you can ever take is to live the life of your dreams”.
If you are the type who struggles every morning to get up then this is must read book. Get up earlier to create magic in your life through every morning miracles routine of Hal’s and REWIRE your brain for a positive results and change your mindset. I am sharing this message hoping the night owls like myself to wake-up earlier as the book will inspire you to address every aspect of your personal development. It is guaranteed to keep you happier, healthier, and more successful with less stress. The good news is that it takes only 60 minutes to do the SAVERS.

Thank you for the info. living in the barrios we wake up is 6 : 00 a.m but the farmers they wake up 4: 00 a.m. I remember my childhood if you wake up 6:00 a.m. our mother getting angry they told that you are very late wake up.
The advantage if you wake up early you can make more activity everyday.
