Hey Karli,
You did not state which plugin you used to create your sitemap.
If you used anything but the one Kyle suggests using that MIGHT be your problem: Improving Indexing Times and Speeds If you ARE using the Google XML Sitemaps plugin then got to your Dashboard > Settings > XML-Sitemap and click on the URL to YOUR website sitemap. See 1st screen print below....
If you can see cannot see your sitemap then neither can Bing.
Also... here is Kyle's training on submitting to Bing: How to Submit a Sitemap to Bing Webmaster Tools in case you missed a step.
Have you checked the training on correcting 404 errors... if not, see 2nd screen print below...

Thank you so much. I do not know what the problem was,but it was fixed the 3rd time I submitted it. I guess technology was on my side..lol. Now I should set a crawl schedule for bing. I appreciate your help. Everyone here is so helpful, the training is easy to follow, and I am having a great time here!...Have a great Sunday:)
