Growth Mindset VS Fixed Mindset

professional success, we know that mindsets create an entire psychological world for

people, where everything has a different meaning depending directly on the mindset

held.

What kind of mindset do you have? Growth mindset or fixed one?

OK, let’s check out together the differences between each one :

Fixed Mindset:

I’m not good enough at this field ?

This is too hard for me !

I don’t have time !

I can’t make it better ?

Again, I made a mistake !

She’s so smart, I will never be like her !

Plan A didn’t work, plan B , C ,D … too !!

I give up.

It's the questions and answers said by the fixed mindset holders to themselves when they face obstacles, because they believe and assume that our character, intelligence and creativity are unchangeable and are set at birth ‘’ you have it or not ‘’.

Growth Mindset:

What I’m messing?

I’m on the right track!

This may take some time and efforts !

In the other side, the growth mindset holders see failure not as evidence of unintelligence but as stepping-stone for growth. They like challenge and seek constantly it as part of learning. They believe intelligence and creativity can be cultivated through effort, sacrifice and deliberate practice.
