Are you a thermostat or a thermometer?

Before answering, let's try to understand the difference

The thermometer :

The thermometer indicates the temperature of the environment. It’s passive equipment in the sense it only reflects the ambient temperature hot or cold. It’s a sort of stupid instrument because it doesn’t contain intelligent features.

The thermostat :

Unlike the thermometer, thermostat, in addition to raising the ambient temperature, it regulates the environment according to instructions. It sets the desired room temperature and actively works to keep it within a certain range. You can also set it to alert if a certain threshold is exceeded.

He decides what needs to be done to straighten the situation.

We can say it’s more than a smart thermometer.

As entrepreneur do your best to be a thermostat :

We are all born as thermometers; we cry that when it’s hot, or cold, when we are hungry or having pains. It's an innate behavior.

As we grow up we start to learn how to deal with all that, which reaction we need to change the parameters reflected of what surrounds us. it's natural!

For cold, we wear warm clothes or we turn on the heater!

For hunger, we simply eat something ! ….

Successful entrepreneurs have a thermostat mindset, they constantly monitor their surroundings and they react according to the parameters indicated.
