You have discovered the value of researching an niche. Sounds like the competition is very high in this particular niche.
Perhaps you could use the same domain but take your posts off in a slightly different direction.

Since this past Sunday, I have unable to access my website. After contacting namecheap to confirm that my domain was still operational and after reading some wordpress forums,
I'm able to access both of the sites listed in your profile. They are registered at namecheap and hosted here at WA. If you're having trouble getting admin access to the sites through siterubix, you should open a support ticket.

Since this past Sunday, I have unable to access my website. After contacting namecheap to confirm that my domain was still operational and after reading some wordpress forums,
