If so I would really appreciate some advise on how you got around the inbound payments challenge!
Thank you in advance

Hi Ken, thank you for your comment. I too feel there must be a way around it and am continuing on to build my site - I am enjoying it anyway. I will check with Kyle or Carson as you suggest. Karen

Hi Ken
still not resolved this yet. I sent Kyle a couple of message a few days ago but he must be bogged down as I've not heard back. I don't like to bug too much. I have just sent the same message to Carson in the hopes he may help.
Possibly living here is going to present more of an issue than I first realised. Lets see. I am moving forward with the training anyway as I am learning a lot! I have moved to course 2 today.. yaay!
thanks for the support,
Karen

Will most affiliate companies send payments via bank transfer - reading through some of their info it looks like not ? Do I have any other options or am I scuppered at the star
Thank you divadejunk. That's good to know as Cambodia is set up to allow outward payment via PayPal and cc. The issue that is worrying me is that I may well have no ability to be paid further down the line, if you see what I mean.
Was looking on-line it's not that your country does'nt allow paypal, it's that paypal does'nt recognize cambodian banks.
Yes that's right Gary, that's a better way to put it. The bank system here allows me to pay out but not to receive. It's not likely to change in the near future either.
Most affiliates give you an option of a check, which is sent in the mail, although this will take some time. What do you mean check transactions.
Thanks for al your help Gary, really appreciate that you have been looking in to this for me. Unfortunately it appears the bank are not happy to accept international cheques either. I am going to my bank (ANZ Royal) this afternoon to see if they have any solution. Meanwhile I would be very interested to learn if there are any other members from Cambodia in the community and if so, how did you overcome this little obstacle?
Try and open up a virtual american bank account, sign up for paypal with that acount, put money from paypal in that account, and then send to your cambodian account. Just a thought, don't know if it will work.
Quick update: I have followed your idea but unfortunately I can't find a legal way to set up an account elsewhere. There's a lot of shady stuff out there- not good. So I've messaged Kyle and today, Carson..
However this pans out I am enjoying the training and learning a lot. I started course 2 today yaay!!
Hope you are doing well.
thank you,
Karen
