Any suggestions on finding GOOD low hanging fruits! It's a big industry and I feel like Im struggling to find good keywords.
Hi - you have said it yourself - healthy living is not a niche; it is a huge industry.
It will take you so much longer, potentially years, to be seen as an authority by Google if you randomly jump from one topic to another.
For example, dieting in one post, sleep problems in another, and skincare in another.
When Google is deciding where to position your posts, it looks at your overall content.
For example, if you only have one post on dieting, why would Google rank your site higher than another that could have hundreds of posts that focus solely on dieting?
Don't fall into the trap of writing about lots of different subjects just because YOU are interested in them and think they all belong on the same site.
Your website is not about YOU and YOUR life - people want to know what's in it for THEM; how are you solving THEIR problems?
Spot on! I am looking at it, and my overall message is about living a better life and ways to achieve it. So, it touches on many facets of lifestyle and well being...so it is very broad. I have 19 (or so) posts and they are all centered around that, but getting there through different techniques of living a certain way. and then i have a splash of this.. or that...So, it looks like I have to narrow it down.
My thought was to go back to a post and expand on it, which is what I started today. But I think that led me to another route and UGH! with an LOL. Will revisit it again and see where I come up!
The first process is what you would do if you were to read a site on the niche. What do people want to know? You can search Google for other websites to get ideas. You are looking for what people want to know, their pain, and what you can do to solve an issue on healthy living or a healthy lifestyle. Ask questions like what can I do to help people to live healthily, exercise, or make healthy food choices. Narrow it down with your brainstorming sessions. I hope that helps.
I have to revisit my site and touch on specifics a little more. I will try to reword my searches to a question form and see what I can come up with. My site is very broad based on certain things I looked at, after these answers.

Healthy living and well being or lifestyle niche?

You need aim for ONE focused niche with a specific group of people, I'd go with what's best resonates with me.
You ought to discuss an aspect of healthy living or well being or lifestyle to a qualified group of people who would be your target audience (that could be beginners or another group you have in mind), you would help people by giving them advice on an aspect, walk them through your journey and then promote products however relevant.
The more focused a niche website is starting out, the better chance it has to start having traction and traffic.
Please be aware you also need to create lots of content addressing issues related to your focused niche website. A Niche is A Group of People Looking for Stuff
