Squeeze the fruits

Need to narrow down my niche. Need to "squeeze" it to make it more narrow!

Turns out (as I may have thought) that my niche may be too broad. I have a plan for going about my site and am excited about it, but I would like to know if it is too new to run with my project.

I have been writing about lifestyle, healthy living, well-being, parenting, etc. things I've been writing about is too broad. I know! However, they all tied into the lifestyle and healthy living thought I had in my mind. I wanted to write an article and broaden it or go deeper into it later. Thinking they would all tie together for a great picture. But I think my site is too young to do this.

Am I writing to expect a response like on social media?

I need help finding appropriate keywords, primarily low-hanging fruits. Actually, I need help figuring out how to narrow it down to one topic within my niche. If I write about sleep patterns and ways to get better sleep, that's it. How do I write 30 articles on that?

I got in my head and realized it... Now what? 2 months in, NO TRAFFIC.

While I'm okay with no "organic" traffic, well, maybe I'm not. But I expected it, so I understand. I am learning how to navigate the system and push through my writing block, so that's good. But how do I narrow my brain and my niche to get traffic?

Hi kaolschewske, This is what I would do lifestyles, healthy living, and well being. This would be a great website with just starting with these three. Combine them into one. You can write about each one separately and then somehow connect all three through your keywords.

I have a broad niche myself but I will be adding to it through other subjects that connects all of them by a common denominator.

I hope this helps and I hope that I didn't confuse you.

Mary
