Crossroads - Let the journey begin

I stopped working a year ago after management made subtle changes to the team leadership which changed the dynamics of the team. One minute I'm happy minding my own business, getting on with the work, "no complaints out of me" sort of thing, to... WHAT just happened!!! Why am I no longer happy.

I couldn't put my finger on it.

I approached the new leadership to give my "input" as I slowly noticed the team moral suffer quite considerably.

Unfortunately, the feedback was not taken very well from management and I was subsequently asked to go home for the day.

I had been at this company for 10 years, and not once was I ever asked to go home. WHAT the!!!!!

I enjoyed the work. I was a debt collection officer. But, that wasn't what I enjoyed. I became a specialist in the Hardship Team which allowed me to assist customers who were struggling to pay back their loans. I was able to help restructure their existing loans when they couldn't do it through the normal channels. This is what I enjoyed, and would make sure we got though as many applications as possible, to the point where I would stay well after my shift.

I realized people needed to be helped in a different way. And it was difficult within the scope of the job to provide it. And I don't mean people needing to learn to budget... But, people needing to learn and develop more income streams without relying on The Boss to provide it. And not so people could get more loans either.

The thing that was missing for me, is, I need to learn wealth creation myself.

So my journey begins here.

To develop more income streams without relying on The Boss. And also to assist and hopefully teach people who need to learn the same.

So here's to Wealth Madness
