Started with the keysword

Then saw one of the search result which is -make passive income online Searches= 142, Traffic=25, View results=Page 3 of 234 results

So I decided to drill it down more by searching the keyword -make passive income online.

One of the keyword shown was -how to make passive income online Searches= 125, Traffic=22, View results=Page 2 of 170 results

Then on Jaaxy enterprise account, I tried the keyword -how to make passive income online

It resulted to Monthly searches=125 QSR=171 Estimated Traffic=22

Base on Online Entrepreneur Certification - Getting Started (Level 1) lesson 7 with the Jaaxy, it has to be with the following:

1. must make sense
2. Over 50 Monthly Searches
3. Under 300 QSR

And base on Target Audiences for Wealthy Affiliate tutorial using Wealthy Affiliate Keyword Tool, the view results should be aimed under 400...ideally under 300.

With my Jaaxy and Wealthy Affialite Keyword Tool results, am I on the right track here? Does this mean I could proceed and create a website with the keyword -how to make passive income online.net then start with the design? The .com and . org is no longer available.

I hope you could guide me on this. If you could provide my further adv I would appreciate it.
