i wouldn't look too deep into keywords right now,, looks like you're doing fine so far, so don't overcomplicate it. Around or under 300 QSR and over 50 hits/mo. and you should be good. Of course you WANT as many monthly searches as possible, but for now I'd stick with what you have and you can always change your keywords later if they don't seem to do well. You should talk to Mr.Zoot about this stuff tho,, he's the master,, i'm just an apprentice!
It's best to use a .com as your first choice and .org as a second choice. Traffic is traffic as long as it is the right type for your site. If you're doing a site on being tired you don't want traffic looking for tires. Did I explain that ok? I know the 50/300 rule but if you can get ranked on Google page one and there is some traffic jump on it. I hope this helped.
