I want to give a big shoutout to Site Support!
I've been here for 4 years now and in that time, I have had a number of issues that required site support.
The always fixed the issue very quickly and efficiently.

Lately I have been busy with a few projects and have not checked in to some of the websites in quite a while.
Well today I went to my website, awesomeinfographics.com and found that it had been hacked.
If you left the homepage and went to a post, you would be redirected to some other website!
I immediately reached out to Site Support and in a very short time, they completed troubleshooting and removed some malicious code that they found.
Lesson LearnedIt appears that the hacker got access through a plugin that had not been updated.
The lesson is to always update your plugins and themes so that this doesn't happen to you.
It is great to know that if it does happen, we have Site Support to turn to for help.
