Negativity Is Your Greatest Power For Creating Positive Change

Mindset is so important. Most people do not realize just how important it really is.

Staying positive and happy focused on your vision of your ideal life is very important.

Keeping your values and goals firmly in your mind at all times is very important and is also a huge challenge.

Success goes way beyond just "making money". It is focusing on becoming the best version of ourselves that we can be. Improving our mindsets and skills so we can bring more and more value to other people.

But for all of the benefit of "positive thinking" and "aspiring to become better human beings" there is another side that has even more power to create positive change in our lives.

What is this force that is greater than positive thinking?

The Power of Negativity

Negative thoughts can hold you back. They can literally destroy your life if you let them.

Yet... in those negative thoughts... is the potential to create huge positive change. And create that change quickly. Much faster than "positive thinking" alone can.

Think about your own life... whether it was weight loss/fitness, a bad relationship, a job change or any other big positive change you created in your life.

Did that change happen by focusing positively on what you wanted to accomplish? Were happy smiley thoughts the force that empowered you to create that positive change?

I think it is far more likely it was negative force that empowered you.

I HATE BEING SO OUT OF SHAPE! NO MORE!

I AM SO SICK OF BEING TREATED THIS WAY! I WILL NOT TAKE IT ANY MORE!

I CAN'T STAND THIS JOB ANY MORE! I AM DONE!!

Those are the moments that empower us to create the massive positive changes in our lives.

Pulling and Pushing Forces

I see positive focus and energy as a pulling force. It pulls us forward toward our dreams. Or, if you like, it pulls our dreams toward us.

And I see negative focus and energy as a pushing force. It often pushes us backward away from our dreams. BUT... it is in our control to flip it around and use negative force to push us away from our current situation.

And it is massively powerful. It is when we angrily forcefully say NO MORE! that we are empowered to create massive change quickly.

But never direct it at another human being. Direct it only at the qualities of yourself and aspects of your life that you want to change.

When I was sick of a job where I busted my arse and was overloaded with work and lack of any appreciation even being attacked... knowing the value I brought it ticked me off... I got ANGRY. Not directed at a person but at the situation. The result? I took massive action and within 4 days had an interview with a different company that led to an excellent job offer.

If we want to create real change we cannot do so acting like mice.

By harnessing the power of negativity we can use this force to empower us to create massive positive change in our lives.

Definitely we still need to use the power of positivity too!

The ideal is to use negative force to push us away from the life we do not want. To empower us to create change NOW! And to use positive force to pull us toward the life we want. To create positivity and happiness and helping of others.

Both of these are needed. The balance of negative and positive energy.

Again negative energy should only be used to empower us. To say NO MORE! And change our lives positively. Not to direct negativity toward others. Huge difference.
