Why do my photos show up when editing my post in WordPress but half of them are not visible when viewing my actual blog post.

Please can you view my article and help?

I just viewed your beauty blog, as requested. Very nice! I am so jealous. But, I did count a total of 38 photos in your post. Was there a specific total you added? Without knowing how it is actually supposed to look I am not sure how to answer your question. I thought it looked fantastic!

Thank you for taking the time to check out my post, really do appreciate and lovely to meet you :)

I have managed to sort out my photo problem thanks to Steph but your are kind and thoughtful to help me out.

How lovely of you to leave such a wonderful comment regarding post also.

Your message has made my day :)

Have a great week and weekend

All the best

June

I'm glad! :) Have a great weekend, too!

Thank you and apologies for the late reply :)

Enjoy your week ahead.

Really appreciate one again.

June

You first have to make sure all of your images are uploaded into your media library. I also noticed that you are wanting images to appear side-by-side which means placing them in the proper place in a tabular format.

I am not sure how comfortable you are with HTML or how much you wish to delve into it, but if you switch over to your Text tab in your WordPress editor, your code for your images that are to be side-by-side should look something like this:

The is for table row which is the row in which you want all of your images to appear. The is table data which is what goes into each cell of the table on that particular row. If you want more rows, just copy and paste the opening tag and the closing tag onto the next line but still within the tags.

The image source tags are the line of code for your images. That is where your images need to appear.

Let me know if that makes sense or if you need anything help with it.

Steph

Thank you Steph, really appreciate your reply. Ah think the penny has dropped, didn't stop to think about the media library, I think I deleted some photos, I will give that a try, if that doesn't work, I will look into your other suggestions!

I will let you know how I get on and thank you again for taking the time and trouble to help me.

You bet June. I will be here if you need anymore help.

Hi Steph, I have managed to restore my Media Library and fingers crossed all is ok but very interested to learn about the HTML - text tab in my Wordpress editor, going to have a play, this will help enormously heading into my next blog :)

I have so much to learn but it's all good fun!!

Thank you again Steph and look forward to reporting on my progress.

Thank You Steph. I will most definitely follow you training on HTML that is what I need, perfect!

June

You are most welcome. It can be a really good idea to have a firm grasp of how HTML works, because you will need to know it from time to time when building a website.

Steph

Thank you, incredible to think that I'm looking into HTML, had no idea a week ago, looking forward to the training, all very fascinating!!

June

It is an adrenaline rush to realize the things you are now learning isn't it? :)

Brilliant Steph! Didn't know I had it in me :)

Big Ego boost isn't it? When you are familiar with HTML, you can also check out my training on CSS: Steph

I know, my grown up kids are very impressed, they will be asking me soon ;) Thanks again Steph.

June

I have two grown up kids too. They are 19 and 22. :)

I think we worry more about our children as adults to be honest!

19 & 22, lovely age gap, expect they've grown up as close friends :)

My Boys are 35, 23 & 16, they all look out for each other, made my Husband & I very proud :)
