Appreciate your life
Sometimes life does not go the way planned and this can leave us feeling despondent and put us 'off course'. But often these diversions, challenges and unexpected bumps in life are part of the overall master plan. They serve to remind us that we have in life we should be grateful for. What marks you as a person is not the material things that you have but the people, love and experiences that bless your existence.
I have had a few setbacks recently that have meant I cannot fully chase my dream and sometimes the needs of others in my life have come ahead of my own wants and needs. I have to say that I felt a little cheated.
So I took up walking. Not a complete solution but it allowed me time to clear my head, enjoy the sunshine and fresh air and focus on appreciating what I am lucky to have.
These photos are taken from my morning walk. This bay is just down the road from my house. walking alongside the water is truly relaxing and helps me o zone out of the hustle and bustle and focus on what matters.
I feel very lucky to be able to live somewhere that is only 10 minutes from the city. In amongst of the hustle and bustle of Sydney I have my own piece of paradise. On my walk I reflect on the good people in my life, the love those good people bring to my life, the opportunities that I am fortunate to come across and good health.
Love your life and appreciate the many good things you are blessed with. When faced with challenges reach out to those who love you.
I hope life blesses you with many good people and happiness and health.

Is this the same bay where Michael Greensmith (Ultimateless) does his running? It looks like a great place to create a pilgrimage to Sydney for!
Michael does his run around the 'Bay Run' which is a full circle run. This bay is the next bay along the river from his. Unfortunately this one is not a continuous run one way - you have to stop at some point and turn back. But it is still a beautiful place to be.
Sydney is DEFINITELY worth the effort. It really is a great city with a lot to offer. I am originally from NZ which is an equally beautiful country with a lot to see and do.
