Sharing some more progress, stuff is HEATING UP!
Hi there WA PEOPLE! Yeah, if you couldn't tell already, I'm pretty pumped. Let's get into the quick story.
I gotta be honest with you, I've been extremely busy and on edge for the past month. During some days, I almost gave up, I mean literally, I was SUPER close to quiting everything. But those success stories just keep me going! LOL
Anyway, I checked my Amazon affiliate account today and found out that I've made three more sales during the weekend! One didn't count for some reason, what the hell?
One of them was an actual product that I reviewed, the other one, wasn't.
Check this out, my site is about basketball shoes. Someone bought a Stainless Steel COOLING RACK. I mean are you kidding me? That made me choke up a bit :D
Who clicks a link of a shoe and buys a freakin' cooling rack? Regardless, that's profit to me.
All in all, my path to succes is feeling very difficult and I think it's getting even more difficult. But stuff like this just once again prove me that hard work pays off, I almost reached my goal of making 5 sales this month.
Good luck to you all and have a good one,
Julius

Congrats on your sales! To answer a few of your questions, if a customer cancels or returns an order, then Amazon doesn't pay you for that sale. As for the person who bought a stainless steel cooling rack, the cool thing about being an Amazon (and eBay) affiliate is you're paid for ANYTHING the person buys as long as your affiliate cookie is in their browser :) Keep up the good work.

Thanks! Cool! I didn't really know that. So you mean that if a person clicked my link and then went to amazon, say, a day later, I would still get a commision because of the cookies?
Yes, but Amazon's tracking cookie only lasts for a certain period of time. I forget how long exactly because I haven't been their affiliate for years now. People living in California aren't allowed to be Amazon affiliates. You'll have to look up how long their tracking cookie lasts. I think it's 30 days or until the person deletes cookies from their browser.
