So many emails!

Hi,
Emails. Too many to read straight away? Here's a tip to easily "mark" those you need to remember or want to revisit later. This method works on my desktop PC. Apply a coloured label.
I still use Eudora (an old dinosaur of a program). I just right click the email and then "Change Label" and select a colour. (You can colour code them using red for urgent, yellow for read later, etc).
Easy Peasy!
I imagine other email systems have a similar feature.
Hope this works as well for you as it does for me. So much easier to scan through a list that has colour coding added.
Cheers and wishing you well.

I use a filing system. Blogs in one folder. Message in another etc.
Hi Stansk,
Email filing systems are great. I apply filters so I can see at a glance who has sent me an email. Eudora calls these mailboxes. When my email arrives it is sorted into these mailboxes which are displayed with names I've created, e.g. Joe Smith - IN, Mary Black - IN, Paypal Payments - 2017, etc. When scrolling through the messages in each of these mailboxes I apply a coloured label to the ones I want to come back to later for a more thorough read if time is short when they first arrive. I also create matching filters for any replies I make, e.g. Joe Smith - OUT, Mary Black - OUT, etc.
This really helps to keep things in order when receiving lots of email daily.
Cheers.
