As highlighted by Vicki below, but you need to give atleast three comments. You can also make use of the site comment platform to get more worthy comments.

Through the other link Vicki gave you, you can earn credits by giving comments on specific websties.

I wanted to customize my header and I’ don’t know where to start. Please help
Most themes these days offer customization. At the top of your wordpress editor, there is a "customize" tab. Click on it will open up customization page where you can customize a lot of element in your theme including the header.

When you apply with Media.net, they will give you a code that you can put into the widgets section of your website.
To add your code, you will log into your website, click on appearance, click on widgets, click on html, then choose side bar or footer. Ads will then appear on your website. When someone clicks on the links, you could earn a commission.

I would recommend upgrading to Premium here on WA if you haven't done so already as the training covers this in detail. Basically, Google AdSense is the tool that you use to promote relevant ads through on your website.

Absolutely! It is your site. I don't but I do know there are a few word press plug ins that will help with an e commerce site. The one that comes to mind is woo commerce
