Are you ready to get dirty?
I have found that most people daydream, wonder, and talk about what they want and desire. When we were young, we were told you can become anything you want to be. We are told to follow your dreams. I believe in you! You can do it!
As we get older we begin to experience to resistance of life. Failure, money issues, bad choices, unhealthy relationships, and a number of other issues, begin to silently build up a wall of FEAR. We find ourselves becoming cautious, skeptical, and even cynical concerning actually achieving the success we desire.
While what we were told as youth may be true, there is also a disclaimer to them.
Are you willing to get your hands dirty?
Are you willing to work for those desires?
Are you willing to go through and respond to failure?
In order for any of us to pursue and achieve our dreams we have to embrace the uncomfortable. It may mean losing sleep, rearranging schedules, saying no to our pleasures, or just keeping people away. But the big chore is just doing the work diving in getting dirty, exhausting ourselves mentally and physically until the job is done.
The thing about being an entrepreneur is that no one is going to do it for you. You have to want it for yourself and be willing to fight for it. Most people don't want to do the mundane, tiresome dirty work, but it is necessary.
Ask yourself is the struggle really worth it to achieve my dreams and goals?
If so, it's time to roll up your sleeves and get dirty.

Yes! In this world, being the (your own) boss means you can never say, “That’s not in my job description!” Great post!
I just yell at myself in the mirror.
