Hey Judy,
You'll need to delete the website from the SiteManager.
Click on Websites from the main menu, then Site Manager
here's the direct link:
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites
Click "Details" on your site, and at the bottom of the details page there is a link to delete the site.
Delete it, and then it'll be available to create a new hub with :)
When you delete a hub, we do not delete the associated website, so it requires this extra step.
Let me know if you need any help with this :)
Hi Carson,
The website is not listed under my Site Manager. I am pretty sure I deleted it under Site Manager. Can you check JMMahjong.com domain name? Thanks.
I suggest creating a hosting support ticket here, if you are looking to recover a domain that was potentially deleted. Our support team may be able to help you out here:

You can also find this within the Websites menu under the "SiteSupport"(to the left). This is where you should go if you ever have loading issues with your website, email issues, plugin/theme issues, or if you accidentally do something that adversely impacts your website.
This support is 24/7 and upon submitting your ticket we will look into it right away Judy!
Hi Kyle,
Thanks for the link. I thought I had gone to the Site Support to submit a support ticket. It somehow showed up here.
Judy
When creating a support ticket you have to answer the question asking if it has to do with your website with a yes in order to reach support. If you don’t it will go to the community.
Thanks. That solved the riddle. When I answered "Yes", it didn't have the choice of the website I was looking for. How do I solve the dilemma?
