My Non-Financial Goals
These goals are much more important to me than the money goals. Fact is, my money goals are to make these things possible!
The next 10 days
Have a solid plan IN ACTION for building profits online
The next 30 days.
Have at least 10 sales transactions through my online websites/affiliates
The next 6 months.
QUIT MY JOB......i'm thankful i have a job to pay bills. I enjoy being a technician/engineer. But i've never in my adult career worked for a company that judged me fairly or treated me the same as everyone else. If we need to learn a new programming language or software for a new customer specification, everyone else would get the software and hardware tools at their disposal to figure things out through trial and error for weeks or more.
I would be kept away and told to do other task and then when delivery time comes they ask...."why do you look so lost?" "why don't you know how to do this or that yet?" "You need to improve on learning this or that" "thats why we won't pay you more." These tools are proprietary and cost $10K and up so they know i can't afford to buy it on my own. They provide them to everyone else, but not to me.
Sometime they ask me to do things I can learn by getting the tools myself outside of work. As soon as they find out i'm proficient at it, they don't want me to do that anymore. This happens in many different ways and sometimes the discrimination is much more harsh.
The next year.
Take a month vacation. 1 month and not do anything for work/money, (beyond absolutely necessary to keep things alive...outsource what i can) but relax, enjoy life, travel, fish, visit people i don't get to spend much time with, etc.

Sounds like you've got a good, solid plan going. I'm sorry that you have to deal with blatant discrimination in today's day and age, but I'm thankful that that will push you over the age and make the positive change that you deserve!
My personal favorite of your goals is the one you've already set for next year - a month's vacation :) Can't wait to see you achieve that!
Thanks for the encouragement. I know some people from India and Italy that take really really long vacations every year. I never considered it until running across people who do it regularly.
