My Apology and My Story
Apology First
To all my followers I am apologizing for not doing what I should have been doing on WA. What is that? I have not been interacting with those that follow me, giving help or encouragement. I completed the first lesson but have not purchased my domain. Having bought into a Premium Membership 2 years ago, I have not done anything meaningful on WA since, for that I apologize, but that leads me into my story. What have I been doing?
Story
I am going to say things in this story that will not appear anywhere else on the web. There are parts that will appear on my web pages but totally rewritten. (I know the rules).
Twenty-two years ago I got married for the third time. Along with a wonderful wife Laura, I also, Received three kids. Fortunately, she and her ex (Randy) remained friends. Randy and I became friends as well. (That makeslife much easier.)
Fifteen years ago (2003) I had a heart attack two or three days before Thanksgiving. (age then 58 with great insurance and disability pay).
In 2005, age 60, I was laid off from work, retired not by choice. Fortunately unemployment ins carried us though until I turned 62 (2007).
Fast forward three years (2010). Randy along with 2 others, (Randy's brother, Jimmy and Randy's ex-brother in law Bobbie ((Randy says "He the only thing he got in the divorce from his second wife))), decided to buy 22 acres in western Indiana ,near Cataract Falls. Laura and I and the kids (now young adults) were invited to see their land. After seeing the land, Laura and I wanted in but that did not seem possible. So Laura and I volunteered to help Randy and Tina (his wife) clear their part of the land as they wanted to move to their property full time.
About a year later (2011), Jimmie wanted out as he could no longer afford his part of the payment. That was our in, we took over his payment. Now we also were buying a house in Indianapolis. So here we were adding another payment to an already tight budget. Laura and I decided to start downsizing and either sell the house or just let it go.
In 2013, our niece, offered to buy our house on a two-year contract. She would make payments for two years and then get a mortgage in her name.So Laura and I moved out and started moving down to what we considered our property. So in order to do this we bought a truck.
Now we knew there was a need for extra income even though we were not making a mortgage payment. So I started looking on line (2016) for income ideas that I could do from home. I ran across a site called https://ivetriedthat.com/ (giving a plug) talking about Wealthy Affiliates. I decided to try it. started the training and liked it, so I went Premium. So what have we been doing the last two years? Working on a business plan for a community. I will be telling that that part of the story in my next blog on WA.
I'm here and I will be active almost all the time because it is time to do this.
Thanks for reading. Comments and criticism greatly appreciated
