Lessons of life
Sat in the barber shop this morning, with my son getting his hair cut, I reflected on my life achievements to date and lessons I have learnt on the way.
I give thanks to God that I was able to celebrate 24 years of marriage on Monday 27th May 2019. 14 years as a qualified theatre nurse. 3 beautiful children who bring so much joy into our life. A relationship with God that means everything to me. Being able to enjoy a relationship with my parents and have helped me to be the man I am today. Friends who have been supportive and who I have been able to rely on.
Every day I give thanks to God for my life and accomplishments, but I would like to emphasise the point that life is not easy. There has been pain, stress and setbacks. But I was determined to keep going and not to ‘throw in the towel’.
Building an online business is no different. I know the key to my building my successful business is to consistently publish new content. It is definitely not easy. Some days it can be a struggle. I have really struggled to write product reviews because it is something I have never done. So I have put off writing reviews. I will need to eventually write some reviews on my website.
I have been here before!! Success is coming. I will continue to press on writing new content and facing those challenges head on.
Don’t give up on your dreams. Everything is possible. Never stop believing.

Indeed, we are on all on a journey called life. Sometimes it is smooth sailing and other times we experience rough weather. But such is life, we have to keep sailing along no matter what the conditions are if we want to get to our final destinations.
It is the same situation when we are building our online businesses. There will be good times as well as bad times but we just have to push through it all to get to the other side victoriously.
As you rightfully said, we will learn lessons along our journeys. indeed, we do need people to lean on along the way. Thanks for sharing your thought provoking post!

I like your analogy. As we set sail, the journey can smooth and bumpy. But we continue to move in the right direction and we will arrive at our destination if we stay on track.
