I just created my second website, this one is for WA affiliate. I am going to focus on 2 websites creating content for both until I can do this full time. Just curious how many sites some of you have and how you manage them?

I have two but only added the second one after a couple of years of working the first one. Each website is like launching a new business and we all know what that takes.

I figured to focus on the one I started first, my true passion. Then slowly add content to the other, maybe one to articles a week. I thought maybe that would pay off once I can do this 100% of the time. In other words quit my day job. LOL.

I guess it depends on how much you can spend on them. I have 2 sites but I only focus on 1 of them because that's all I have time to do right now. Perhaps in the future when the one that I'm working becomes more established, and I become more efficient with the way I work, then I may reconsider and go back to working on 2. I can't see that happening any time soon though.

I agree, I was just curious and thinking that as well! Good luck to you!

Let me start with what you’re most likely going to hear.

Stick with one website until you really understand everything and are making good money with it, then start on a 2nd site.

Now, after I said what you should do, I have four sites.

Two are just place holders for niches I want to work on in the future. I am not writing content for them, however, as I learn things, I apply the changes to all of the sites.

My primary site was developed through the Certification Course, but now that I am in the Affiliate Bootcamp, I started this fourth site as my primary site doesn’t go well with the bigger emphasis on selling as i’m Learning in the Bootcamp.

I am planning on going back to focusing on only one of these websites once I am finished with Bootcamp.

Long winded reply but there you have it.

I was thinking that is exactly what I wanted to do as well. But then I keep thinking about maybe 1 or 2 articles in the second one a week and by the time I need to roll full time on the second I will be in good position. At least that's what my goal is.

Please remember though that I am only a 2 month old WA newbie. I would put more stock in what the experienced members have to say.

You are right, about 4 or 5 years ago I did this very process but with a different company. I did very well and actually got my blog site ranked on the 3rd page of google for my niche. Mostly because I posted articles to Ezine articles and several other free article sites. Which I am doing again. I made a mistake then to stop what I was doing. This time I'm keeping on going. But focusing on one is the best way to approach this. Thanks Rick!

Hi, James. I am concentrating only on one website. That will stay so for at least one year. If that one is well established, only then will I consider creating another one.

Yes I plan on focusing on the one but adding content maybe a couple times a week until I can really hit later. Just a thought.

I am posting at least three new posts a week on the one website. For me, their won't be time to post to a second website. I take my hat off for people that can post one or even two a day.
