Well do not worry, there is a simple fix!
The reason you are seeing this error is because of the password being incorrect. If just like me you used 'copy and paste' then you might be asking "how the hell could it be wrong!?"
The reason is when we copy our password from the WA emails page it for some reason comes with an extra space at the end even if you copied it precisely! Why? that is one of the great mysteries of life.
A few ways to get around this error is to
- Copy paste your password and push backspace once. This will delete the space but make sure your password is not highlighted or you will delete the whole password.
- Click the little button on the right side of the box which will let you see the password and then just delete the space.
- Copy and paste the password to a program like Microsoft Word and delete the space, then copy and paste it back to your webmail sign in page.
- Write down and then manually type in your password.

It works fine for me when I fix the space in the password problem.
I guess doing a double check that all the other details you enter are correct and then if that doesn't make it work... maybe create a new one?
