Blogarama? Is this a good idea or not?

I have been trying to find different ways to promote my site. Im on Google+, Google+ Business page, Facebooke, I also have a facbook business page, twitter and instagram. I also want to promote it on the internet too. Any suggestions on doin this for free. At least for now.
