Here is what I learned:

I included my own recommendation, and it spotted me correctly as an Analyst, and it gave me some hints on my weak spots to think about:

- Running a business in a fast-paced environment is not the Analyst's strong suit. (Ok, I need to make decisions faster. Damn hard without knowing all the details :-) )

- Analysts are not inclined to hire or manage employees. (Ok, I need to work on this, but I am scared that people will steal my idea)

- It is essential to carefully analyze customer needs so that you can design your ads to target them. Referrals and recommendations from professionals are crucial for your business' success, so make sure to include them in your advertisements. (Ok, this one I already took action on. I have already have hired a professional team to help with ads. But I still don't have the products. What happened to the Analyst? :-) )

- When you speak to your customers, show real interest in them, and demonstrate your readiness to help them. (Ok, I need to focus on this one. Maybe hire people to do this.)
