Inspired by Tao Porchon-Lynch
Hey folks,
In response to a couple of comments and messages I have received from members feeling like they are 'too old', or just wondering whether sharing their age may result in less credibility, check out Tao Porchon-Lynch, Master Yoga teacher, 98 years young, who works as a full-time yoga instructor at a studio in New York.:

Fantastic message Joy. This is so true. I've said this once to another member; One of my mentors when I was very young..."Every day above the grass is a very good day". Be very thankful to your creators for every day you are given. Live every day as if it's your last one. Tomorrow is not promised!
Interesting and amazing. But I wonder what is more important for so long life. Genes, Yoga, food, positive thinking or something else.
Have a nice day.
Joze
All of the above. Tao maintains a healthy and positive outlook on life, she eats well and does what she loves. Also, yoga is known to promote longevity as well, so perfect fit!
