Welcome back to Wealthy Affiliate. The hosting here is WordPress hosting and it is lightning fast. Where is your blog currently hosted? WA has the fastest hosting I have come across.

Site support usually responds within an hour or less in most cases and can help you solve any issues you have with your website. You also have the amazing community here to help you with anything to do with your blog and the WA platform.
As for your question about the editor I'm like you and not a fan of the block editor. There is a free plugin that allows you to use the classic editor on WordPress which is quick and easy to install. I'm happy to help you further with this if you need me to.
Another thing worth mentioning is you get a free SSL certificate, daily backups of your website and malware protection included for free with all your websites that you host on WA. I hope this helps you and answers your question.

Thanks Timothy, my WordPress blog is currently hosted with DreamHost and it's coming up for renewal soon. There's not much price difference, so I need to decide whether to move it to WA or pay the renewal at DHost for a quiet life!
The only remaining question, I guess, is how do I move it across and get everything working? I have my main email on the same domain and don't want to lose anything :-)
Any guidance you can provide, much appreciated, please.

You're very welcome. As I said speeds here a lightning fast and there are the other benefits I mentioned of having your website here.
As for moving it is quite easy and can be done through WA site manager. You should be able to keep your email as well. I have not moved a website to WA myself but it s quite an easy process.
There are articles here on WA that explain the process step by step and Kyle can also help you if you need it. I'll have a look for an article for you.

Thanks Timothy - in the end support did it for me, which was great :-) Just waiting for DNS propagation 24-72 hrs.
I've found that one of my favorite plugins "Add to Any" is banned at WA. This allowed me to share to several social networks so I'm looking for a recommended replacement.
