We often underestimate the benefit of relaxation. From the moment we open our eyes in the morning, we keep going and doing, and hardly spend time just being.
In our busy world, relaxation has to be scheduled. The phone, the computer and the television are constantly calling on our attention.
A walk in the park, a cup of tea, listening to soothing music, time with our pets, can make such a difference in our lives. We will come away refreshed and will be able to accomplish more in a calmer way.
We choose better health, peace, and mental clarity when we choose to relax. Try it.
