Why Affiliate Marketing Is Just Right for You?

A Quick Updates

I joined Wealthy Affiliate last September 2020 while I was in my one-month vacation. It was my first time hearing about Affiliate Marketing. Well, not exactly the first time hearing that terminology but the first time taking a good look at it. I remember I was so excited way back then. The idea that I can earn from simply talking [I mean, writing] about the things I am most passionate about thrilled me.

Why it would not be? I am interested with a lot of things from arts and crafts, to musical instruments, books and adventure trip. The "teacher" in me taught me that I have to share all my learnings and meaningful adventure to inspire others. It was set by default, lol.

There are too much to learn and tasks to accomplish. Came October and I started my new full-time job. It is a new environment with new faces to work with and routine to familiarize myself with. My adjustment period gave me little time left to do my training here at WA.

Losing the WAy

Note: Capitalized WA and small "y" is intentional. I literally lost my way here at WA. I feel like I am crawling too slow both in my training and in working with my website. At one point, I was tempted to leave the community and focus in my full-time job. I was thinking, I will be back when I have more free time to work with my website and write many contents. See where I am going with these thoughts? What awaits me in the road I am planning to take?

I am bound to go back from my starting point -- someone who can only dream of having more freedom. I can only dream of having more free time to be with my family, to do the things that I would love to do and still secure myself financially because I am about to quit and let go of the opportunity given to me.

Going back would not be that easy once we are once again enslaved by what used to be our reality. We all know that.

A Radical Choice

I am not yet ready to work full-time with my website. I still need my job to pay my bills and to feed me. Everything is new to me when it comes to Affiliate Marketing so I know it would take time before I can earn something. Since the temptation to quit is already there, I know I have to make a choice.

I decided to go for the yearly subscription. I believe it is just fair and right. Wouldn't you invest and take the risks when you know it is "the right one for you"? If you are convinced that it is meant for you, you would be more than willing to give as much time it might requires from you.

2. You want to follow your passion and interests;
3. You want a job that you love and expresses who you are;
4. You are incline to help other people;
5. You are willing to learn and take the risks.

Affiliate Marketing is all about finding your joy, sharing it to others and in a way, earning from it.
