Just A Bit Of Login Headache With Amazon
This is a survey of any WA members having issues logging in to Amazon Affiliate using the following web address: https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/ . For some weird reason I am unable to login. It is a pain since I have most of my products in two websites and about 15 to 20 articles total using Amazon products.
There Has NOT Been Any Letters or Notices Telling Me I Have Lost My Affiliate Account
The Amazon Affiliate website cited above continues to allow me to change my password using my email address. But upon approval of the password change, my next login gets a response that no such email is connected to an affiliate account which is weird.
800 Customer Service Calls Are Still Out Due To Covid!
So I tried calling them on their 800 number that I used before. Nada. Amazon recording says that due to Covid, they are unable to respond to these calls. Covid has decimated their customer service reps numbers I suppose.

So I Send An Email To Customer Service
Amazon has an email service where you fill out this form. Fill out the info and send it out. Then there is an automated message that you get that says that these email services are also affected by Covid! The email service is temporarily out.
I Am Betting That Everything Will Work If I Ordered Something And Used My Credit Card!
So the reason for this short little rant is to see if you are experiencing anything similar with Amazon and perhaps you have figured it out. Perhaps there is a system-wide issue plaguing the online retail giant. Or it could be that Jeff B is going through a midlife crisis and he and his team are unable to keep up with their websites.

I do not mind problems but when problems seem ridiculous and stupid, it gets frustrating. Hope this is just a passing thing and will soon go away.
