I guess I want to know that I'm not stuck paying premium rate if I don't want to. If I wish to go elsewhere ... I guess that's what you mean by another hosting company....can I take the website with me or do I lose access to it?

I guess, you lose access to website, as you are paying for hosting and all these training here. But you can take your website with you anywhere you want if you have backup it. If you are talking about free siterubix website, you can access it lifetime.
