Hello all!. Ok so if i find keywords that i like do i just use them in my sentances and they will work like that to bring more traffic in theory when the keyword is typed into

Yes you are correct. If you use them right whenever someone searches that keyword they can be directed to your site.
My tips:
Always use the keyword in the opening and closing paragraph of your post.
Use it in the title..it will also then generate in the slug
(example - title How To Use Keywords will then generate as http://mydomain.com/how-to-use-keywords/
Then use it in a heading (h1,h2,h3...)
always add it to at least 1 or 2 or all of your image alt text.
and if you can squeeze it in your content then add it...but ONLY if it reads naturally...

That is because you are typing in the visual editor. If you look above the portion when you are typing you will see two tabs – one is visual and the other is HTML text. HTML means Hypertext markup language or the string code which you can see above.
You need to paste the code into the text editor not visual. That way the instruction and not the string code when it is published

you may need to download the image you want and upload it to you website media file -- from there you would insert the image into you page/post and add your affiliate link to the image
