I've noticed now on more than one occasion that I can promote a "pretty link" and get several clicks on it right away... but those visitors don't show on my Google Analytics da
are these visitors coming through your site - if so the ga should be able to see them - if they don't go through your site then ga will not see them.
alternatively - don't use pretty links. :)
Thank you for the reply! I should clarify: they do land on my site. For example, if the direct url is "mysite.com/long-keyword-rich-text", I usually will shorten it to "mysite.com/short" with Pretty Links before sharing the link on sites like Twitter, Instagram, etc.

never used pretty links - always mistrust any link that doesn't show me where it is going - so on that basis i won't hide my links - or shorten them.

What seem to be your lowest traffic days of the week? What about highest? Have you noticed a trend?
For me, weekends are really slow! Monday’s are often even slower
My traffic is pretty consistent every day.
But if I was to single days out it would have to be the weekend simply because the social media sires are very busy.
