Goal Setting On Steroids
Thanks to specific books on goal setting I have develop certain habits were, throughout the day makes life more productive by getting thing's done, and at the same time raising my motivation so it easier to go through lives' obstacle
This is goal setting on steroids
I would like to share with you some of my very top influences, one of which I will be talking about
the first book is by og Mandingo, called the greatest salesman in the world part 2 the end of the story
inside the book he talks about the ten vows of success near the back of the book which is a gem to read, we will talk more on the other's later but for now the second vow of success is greeted each day with a map and a goal, meaning every single day should be planned out.(more specific, the better) and yes, working 8 hours or more a day is just an excuse so there 2 things that puts other a head of the game
Excellent time managment
- plan the day in detail
- work on getting very good sleep
every morning getting out of bed I drink a glass of water with a little lemon in it, I also make my bed because even if I have a lousy day I already accomplished one thing( sense of pride), and every night an hour before bed, I drink a glass of water
Whenever your specific about the day, and you get it done, you feel a sense of pride and accomplishment.
So why not start doing this daily to get use to goal setting ( I started with one day, then 2 until working up to everyday ) it easier than you thing to get into the habit and once you do...you can move your way up to more advance goals
Goal setting isn't just about filling yourself up with confidence and a sense of pride, it's also about making other's feel good about themselves and relying on you when they need someone to count on.
Goal setting is easier than one thinks and it's fun because if you go throughout the day with no purpose...well, that just sounds boring, down't it ?
Without going to far into detail about the book the First vow of success is Never feeling sorry about yourself, ever then the others focuses on going the extra mile, always treating people kind, never lashing out on anyone, search for good in every problem and away search for opportunities The other thing I do every night when my head hit's the pillow and before I go to sleep is ask myself these questions
Did I give my all in everything?
Did I treat people good and with respect?
Did I get into a conflict, if so, why?
Did I give 100 percent in everything I did?
One more very important point to keep in mind that is often overlooked is once you go through the day with a smile on you face, you be surprise how fast you get into the habit, and it makes other people feel good as well..even in the face of adversity.because I never met a smile I didn't enjoy watching, looking back at me
Always smile in the face of Adversity

I have only been here for one week
I was the same Joseph- The more I worked, the easier it became and now nearly 2 years on, I am 100% confident I am doing things the way it works.
Of course, it doesn't take 2 years to learn how but I am saying it's earning and I love it more and more every day and hope you will as well

I want to thank everybody so far for reading my post I copied a very little from the book and I'll definitely edit it if I need to and change that part
