3 Way To Improve Sleep
Where going to get into way to better your sleep and talk about 3 ways to improve sleep
first one being gut health and what you consume a couple hour's before bed, if you get hunger eat A SMALL snack just enough to keep you until the next morning, what I do is eat my last meal a 5;30 and if the meal has enough nutrients in it than will keep you the rest of the night, and if you do get hungry I eat something around 8 o'clock at night
the idea here is not to eat to raise your insulin because than where a lot of people have trouble with sleep
The second habit than would be good is going to sleep a little on the cool side, not cold or
hot,just Little cool so what I do is take a cold hot shower meaning I go into the shower and have the water a little hot than I slowly turn the temperature to cool. Too much of a temperature change could burn your skin so be careful but your body will get use to it, what I also do it sleeps without my shirt
sleep expert proved than less clothing as you go to bed cause you to be more comfortable
The third thing than lets you relax and can create a good sleep environment is reading before bed, what I read in book on habit change of successful people and self-improvement book and currently rereading a book about improving your brain and memory exercises and as a
bonus you're reading every day, you're learning something new all the time improving your mind and learning is the best thing you can do at any age.
