I'm happy to mention this is a positive post relating to my current position with a new website I've been working on. With the enjoyment of blogging, It's amazing what you can learn with the right mindset something I'm winning with right now.

I've gone back 30+ years to a time I had so much fun I can't even start to explain, I've done that in all my blogs. I'm on around 45 blogs now and I'm delighted to mention my Google Search Console actually has enough data now for me to make amendments where needed.

Blog Coverage

My blogs cover when EDM (Electronic Dance Music) was at its best and it's opened a niche that helps with my previous problem of not having anything else to write about.

My niche isn't competitive as I first thought having all my blogs indexed and ranked. I simply can't run out of things to write about. If you are new and reading this get your thinking cap on and think about a niche you can cover without running out of ideas too soon.

My Thoughts On SEO

This was something I simply couldn't work out for two whole years or more. I built three MMO websites and none of them worked. I still have them and will go back now I'm learning the keyword and ranking process.

I've been using AIOSEO and now understand it's not all that good, however, I use its faults to my advantage. When you're creating a score of 100/100 for your SEO content AIOSEO seems to tell you it's perfect when it's far from it.

To create a score of 100/100 you'll be writing in a way that's simply not you. It's not natural and doesn't rank well. I take no notice of the score as long as it's over 80/100 spending more time on what I want to say in my style with the use of my well-studied keywords.

My New AI Friend

ChatGPT has become my friend and I have to be honest about how I feel about it. I never copied content until I did a trial run for a week by having ChatGPT work for me. I created whole posts and guess what every single one of them got indexed and some ranked well.

However, I've stopped copying content now for the simple reason it makes me lazy. I don't want to go back to how I was struggling to write content in the future not now I've gotten this far. I now use the AI content for ideas and completely reword the content it gives me.

I've noticed a flaw in ChatGPT, therefore I check the content it provides. ChatGPT does mention that it's sometimes wrong and that's an honest statement to make because it's true. It is at most accurate, however, you don’t want your readers to tell you otherwise.

Patience Is A Virtue

I'm not thinking about monetising my website until I have enough traffic and it's good to see that happening slowly. It's nice to open your email to be told you've reached your clicks goal from Google. It happened to me not once but three times in a couple of weeks.

Above all the enjoyment of blogging comes with patience and dedication. Make one great move a day and feel proud. I've slowed down my process which has speeded up my content writing because I'm getting it right the first time.

If you’re interested in saving time master the art of writing directly into your block editor. I don't need to keep checking my content now after 3+ years of trying I've mastered the art of direct content writing.

Mindset

The enjoyment of blogging has made me think about mastering the art of monetisation. I know what I'm going to do and my mindset is to stand proud. If you’re proud of yourself it's obvious like me your going in the right direction.

That mindset has helped me become far more productive in less time hence getting more content written that works. I'm checking competition and testing my keywords and can almost always know exactly where my blogs will end up, many times above my competition.

I have a long way to go, however, having a full data-driven report in GSC gives me far more knowledge. It's the first time I’ve had enough traffic to have data to assess my content and keywords.

Always be patient, learn and be healthy by taking breaks. I used to spend far too much time looking at the monitor and thinking too much. I wouldn't wish that on anyone because it's mind-boggling.

Complete the training, if it doesn't reflect on your business the first time, go through it again. I've gone through it three times and I'm now making progress and know it works.

You'll notice something when things start to work, you'll be happier, and more willing to go that extra mile with learning where things will speed up in the form of success. Your familiarity with tasks will help you excel and you'll be telling everyone else about it just like I am to you in this post.
