During the lockdown, many people have been opening-up online businesses and directed to Wealthy Affiliate via our members here that have taken on the work to promote Wealthy Affiliate. This provides customers with the best possible start to owning an online business.

The attraction is a free fully hosted website and domain name with the free Entrepreneur Certification course which helps customers climb on board and reach a point within one week to start creating great content in the form of a niche to sell online. I love the moto in some areas of the platform called, learn to earn.

I have been enjoying talking to customers via social media but would love more customers to come forward via my website and Social Media set up. It is of my best intentions to help customers with what their options are and the steps they must take to become an online business owner. I need more customers to follow me into training which in term helps me help them.

I used to be a teacher some time ago overseas and have stood up teaching Business English to Social classes that helped the school receive more customers via my lessons. This is my approach here at Wealthy Affiliate. I consider taking care of new members in knowing that they will become successful at some point given the training is done and the motivation and mindset are both positive.

The community is a thriving place to learn with the chat room and community post options to tell each other what is going on in our lives and how we can help others. Not everyone is successful, however, it is about showing our audience and customers that we are worthy of being there to assist and mentor them if needed.

I am at the stage of reaching out to more customers as much as I can and I have stepped back and looked at my past as a teacher, created a couple of promotion videos and gone full board to explain the facts. I hope more customers will become in favour of me through my hard work and patience. I feel I have a lot to offer in terms of helping people.

The most important lesson for me is knowing that the customer is the most important addition to my business to make it work for them and helps me understand the needs of individual people. Yes, I need customers and of course, I hope they choose me to guide them.

I have a vision that the future will be great for myself, the community of friends and the customers that choose us as a community to represent them. It is an important job to nurture customers forward to reach their goals.

It is great that you are communicating with your customers. I have not had that happen. You are right. The customer is important because we are attempting to offer something that will provide for a need. Thanks for encouraging us to learn to reach out more.
