Maybe you, like me, are here right now, at this moment in life.
You will see on my Wealthy Affiliate profile that I joined in June of 2016. Well, while that is technically when I began my free membership, I didn't do much with it. I looked around on the WA platform, chatted with a few people, but overall felt completely overwhelmed and out of place. I succumbed to my fears, and didn't become active again until the summer of 2017.
Sadly, the same thing basically happened again... I joined as a Premium member, got a website going, but once again found that after only a short while, my confidence and motivation had escaped me. I explored a few other options in the realm of online business over the next few months. I have now seen first-hand the sketchiness and shadiness that is out there for people looking to start in online business, so I am ecstatic to say that I am BACK! I am SO happy to have been welcomed back into the safe and loving "arms" of the Wealthy Affiliate community! I am more motivated than ever, and ready to really give this thing a try.
I am still nervous. I am still learning. I am still overwhelmed by all the knowledge there is to be learned, and all that I still don't know. I sometimes look back on the Me of June 2016 and wonder why I didn't try harder then, and wonder where I could be now if I had... but then, in a moment of peace and forgiveness, I realize the answer:
I was not ready until NOW.
The picture above was revealed to me by my Facebook memories this past week. I shared it a year or two ago, but it took on a whole new meaning when I saw it again.The pain of remaining the same had not truly outweighed the pain of change for me, until THIS very moment in time.
I wanted to write this "love note" for anyone who needs to hear these words today... whether you're like me, just starting out and not sure where this road will take you, or whether you've been doing this for a while and needed a little extra sunshine on your shoulders. You've got this; WE have got this! An entire journey begins with just a single step.

So glad to hear that you ready to give Wealthy Affiliate an honest go. I know that I get overwhelmed with all of the information and everything that I need to learn. Sometimes, seeing others that here making money in short periods of time, and I have yet to make anything, I get skeptical. Then, I realize that it's not my time yet, I still have to learn things. So, I keep plugging away. I am working for that change.
