Bad Pennies, Prodigal Sons and The Secaucus Seven
Hi. HAPPY HALLOWEEN. It is my FAVORITE time of the year, but as Lou Jacobi says in Irma La Douce, " That's another story"........ I have returned to WA after a year away. I went away because I was too broke even for the monthly fee. Not much has changed there, unfortunately, but my life IS primed to change for the better in the next few months. I hope to be getting a substantial commission for helping to find finance for a friend's feature film.( How is THAT for excessive alliteration ?!! ) AND about a year from now I hope to be directing my own feature film, that I wrote........... I am primed for all this to happen only, that is, (as the saying goes), " If the Good Lord's willing and the creek don't rise" ........I came back to WA because Kyle and Carson were generous again, but mostly because I LIKE THIS PROGRAM AND THIS COMMUNITY . I still don't really understand very much of all this stuff. I suppose I shall have to " go back to the drawing board" again or at least review the drawing board.... ....While I was away, I created 2 really nice websites because I am VERY good at the performing the services they promote ( Acting Coaching and Screenwriting ).I have considerable experience in both and would like to re-start them as businesses. But they are NOT"affiliate marketing" designed and, of course, COMPLETELY INVISIBLE!! ...LOL. I still don't REALLY understand keywords and SEO. In addition to starting some niche businesses here, I would like to learn to apply what I can from HERE to THERE. Any help from ya'll would be GREATLY appreciated. Here are the websites, if anyone has the time and the inclination . actingcoachtimmons.com writtenbyjohntimmons.com THANK YOU. John T.

Thanks for the good wishes, Caden. The same to you. I live and work in Los Angeles. I wrote my movie for L.A.. I suppose that is where it will be shot unless I find I am desperate for a big tax credit from somewhere like Louisiana or North Carolina. LOL I've never been to the U.K. I hope to visit someday soon. I confess I am an incurable Anglophile. Maybe you can get a magic wand from Diagon Alley......or make your own. Follow your dreams.......................John
Welcome back! I've only been here for a couple of months but love it.
Are you based in the UK? The reason I ask is I worked on an independent movie several years ago, as an AD, and absolutely loved it. If I had a magic wand I'd be making movies . . .
All the best with all your endeavours. Cheers, Caden
