+How to control the absorption of sugar in the body
My idea is that of a well-balanced lifestyle with little or no risks of all the various chronic diseases that can come with poor sugar control of the body with time. Typical among these chronic conditions are blindness, heart attack, strokes kidney failure, and amputation.
A healthy lifestyle can be achieved from different angles and by following the recommendations from a healthy lifestyle, our body absorption of sugar can be kept under control, especially with individuals with prediabetes, type 1 or type 2 diabetes and gestational diabetes
Some of the most important elements of a healthy lifestyle are: SLEEP, DIET,, EXERCISE, RELAXATION, SOCIAL HEALTH.
SLEEP
Studies have shown that poor sleepers that are individuals who have less than 6 hours of sleep at night, develop insulin resistance and therefore poor absorption of sugar into the cells and organs which then results in poor sugar control..The idea or recommendation here for better body sugar control is to have more than six hours of night sleep daily for all individuals.
DIET AND EXERCISE
The foods that we eat and the exercises we do work hand in hand towards absorption and control of sugar in our bodies. As individuals who suffer from poor sugar control must learn to avoid
